These terms describe the small room-assignment service Rooms provides.

1. Service scope
Rooms stores a plan title, room details, guest display names, assignments, and activity behind private capability links. It is not a booking, payment, hospitality, emergency, safeguarding, or identity-verification service.
2. Private links
Manager, organizer, and viewer links are bearer credentials. Anyone receiving a full link may exercise its permissions. Share each link only with its intended audience.
3. Your content
You remain responsible for everything entered. Use minimal recognizable names and do not store passports, contact details, access codes, medical information, or other sensitive data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, automate excessive requests, or use Rooms for unlawful activity.
5. Availability and data loss
The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. A lost manager link cannot be recovered. Keep another copy of essential accommodation information.
