Privacy policy
Rooms is designed to collect only the information needed for one group-stay rooming plan.

1. Information stored
We store the plan title, optional arrival date and note, room names, capacities, bed labels, notes, guest display names, optional group labels, assignments, and activity timestamps.
2. Capability security
Raw manager and organizer capabilities remain in URL fragments and are sent in dedicated headers. The database stores cryptographic hashes. Viewer access is independently derived and can be replaced.
3. Analytics
Optional analytics loads only after consent and only on localized public routes. Private plan routes, URL fragments, names, assignments, and identifiers are excluded.
4. Technical records
Infrastructure may temporarily process IP addresses, request metadata, and error diagnostics for security and reliability. Logs must not intentionally include capability headers or URL fragments.
5. Control and retention
The manager link can update or delete data, replace sharing links, and close or reopen a plan. Rooms does not provide accounts or self-service recovery.
6. Contact and safe use
Send privacy questions to sympify.info@gmail.com. Keep names minimal and do not record sensitive accommodation needs.
