The manager names the plan “Lakeside retreat” and adds Friday as the arrival date. Transport, meals, and workshop schedules stay elsewhere.
Names are pasted in one batch
The organizer pastes eighteen first names, then adds group labels only for three duplicate or ambiguous names. No email addresses are collected.

Two double rooms, three triple rooms, and one five-person bunk room produce exactly eighteen places. Bed labels help couples and light sleepers discuss choices.
The unassigned list reaches zero
Organizers fill the smaller rooms first and use the capacity indicator as they go. Moving a guest automatically clears the previous assignment.
Guests receive one read-only plan
The viewer link goes into the final logistics message. A cancellation on Thursday is handled in the organizer plan, and the same guest link immediately shows the update.
